Our Story

Integrate F&P started in 2019 with an aim to fill the gap in our health industry. Creating a space for our clients and community to connect to their purpose and ultimately choose how they want to lead a preventable lifestyle free from pain and disease.
We know there is no shortcut to success, especially when it comes to our health and well being. We start with your assessment and sometimes that’s all you will need to get on track to your goals or get out of pain. However, if you trust us enough we recommend committing to 3 months with one of our coaches. Because even the most successful people need coaches, and simply put someone to hold you accountable. What you’re going to experience is different. It’s realistic, it’s stable, and it’s proven. Most of all, it will bring you more success and abundance.
